Gabubu Bread Recipe

Native Kabubu Bread/Gabooboo bread/Skillet Bread
Most ingredients come in commods & measurements are guess-timations 

1 large bowl
About 8 cups of flour
About 5 cups of warm water
1 cup Dry Milk
1 cup Mashed Potato Flakes (instant kind)
3 tablespoons of Baking Powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Corn syrup (as much as you want to sweeten…this goes into the warm water in the middle of ingredients)
If no Corn Syrup then add 2 or 3 cups of sugar to dry ingredients (less or more depending on how sweet you like your bread)
—mix dry ingredients evenly *1st pic
—turn on skillet to heat, when heated turn between low & medium heat and add vegetable oil to cover bottom
—then make a concave hole in dry ingredients and fill with warm water & if using corn syrup add also *2nd pic
—knead into dough adding more flour if necessary
—make a kinda large ball *3rd pic
—sprinkle flour on table and flatten ball (not too flat though) *4th pic
—set into skillet and with your spatula slice 2 slits into bread *5th pic
—cook on medium to low heat until top side gets fluffy and bottom half is golden brown then flip
—each side takes about 3-6 minutes, when done they should be about an inch thick *6th pic

This makes about 6-8 plate size Kabubu breads.
